O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of representation dated 04.07.2023 stated to have been given by the fourth respondent.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier, respondent No.4 has given a representation and after fullfledged enquiry, the police have closed the same and no action has been taken against the petitioner. Subsequently, respondent No.4 is stated to have given one more application on the same lines and basing on which, the police have been harassing the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the other hand submits that earlier representation filed by the fourth respondent was given as C.S.R.No.145 of 2023 and after enquiry, the said petition was closed. However, respondent No.4 has sent similar application before respondent No.1 / The Commissioner of Police, who in-turn forwarded the same to the third respondent and it is submitted that the third respondent will dispose of the same within short time. 2/4

4. Considering the same, respondent Police are directed to dispose of the representation of the respondent No.4 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
