PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 herein to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondent No.3 and 4 on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 02.08.2022 within a stipulated time period in accordance with law.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 herein to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondent No.3 and 4 on the basis of the petitioner complaint, dated 02.08.2022, within a stipulated time period in accordance with law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the 4th respondent gave a complaint against this petitioner, for which an enquiry has been conducted and a case has been registered in Crime No.129 of of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and Section 4 of TNPWH Act. Upon the complaint received from the petitioner, on enquiry they found that the allegation contained in the petitioner's complaint is not true. 2/4
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate action upon the closing of the complaint. No costs.
