This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry by calling the petitioner frequently to the second respondent police station. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner. Based on that, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. Now, there is no complaint/no petition pending against the petitioner.
