Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to dispose of Spl.S.C.No.41 of 2018, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
