ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9917 of 2026 dated 29.05.2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioners that due to personal reasons he could not arrange money to execute sureties and comply the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned.
