O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned suspension order issued by the respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1543/2016/A1 dated 5.8.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner and pay all back wages.

2.Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.08.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, preferably on or before 28.02.2016.
