Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to forthwith sanction 3rd incentive increment to the petitioner for possessing M.Phil. qualification with effect from September 2010 and consequently pay the arrears within the time frame stipulated by this Honble Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to sanction third incentive increment to him for possessing M.Phil. qualification with effect from September 2010 and consequently pay the arrears within a time frame. 2.Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.02.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
