PRAYER : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the first respondent to number the petition filed by the petitioner in O.P. No. Unnumbered of 2021 on the file of the first respondent.

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to number the petition filed by the petitioner in O.P.No. Unnumbered of 2021 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner has filed O.P.No.................of 2021, which was returned by the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Dairy), Dindigul. Aggrieved by the said order, the revision petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition. 3.A perusal of return order shows that the first respondent returned the petition with four quarries. But the petitioner has not re-presented after compliance of the defects. The petitioner has also filed a document to prove his possession in the premises at the time of filing this petition. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents stated that already the petitioner vacated the premises and the premises is leased out to a new occupant. C.R.P(MD).No.1834 of 2021 there is no averments to that effect in the return petition. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to produce all the relevant documents before the first respondent along with the petition and the first respondent is directed to consider the same. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

5.Registry is directed to return the original papers to the petitioner to be produced before the concerned Court after substituting the same with xerox copy.
