ORDER

The petitioner was employed as Superintendent in the respondent corporation. He retired from service on 30.04.2012. He made representation dated 08.12.2016 seeking encashment of 90 days of leave on personal affairs. As the said representation has not been considered, this writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the petitioner Rs.1,34,163/- towards the benefit of encashment of 90 days of Leave on Personal Affairs as per the Government order passed in its Letter No.37568/BPE/2006, Finance (BPE) Department, dated 28.01.2008, together with 18% interest per annum within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent would dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2016 within a time frame.

3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2016, and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
