2. Seeking to quash the summons issued by the first respondent under Sections 145(1) and 107 of Cr.P.C. in M.C.No.44(Cr.P.C.107)/2021 dated 17.09.2021 and in M.C.No.A1/7336/2021 dated 22.09.2021, the present Criminal Original Petitions are filed.

3. Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first to third respondents, on instructions, would contend that though 'B' Party (private respondents) appeared before the first respondent Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Sub Collector, Cheranmahadevi Sub Division, 'A' Party (present petitioners) did not appear and therefore, the peace committee meeting was not conducted. He would further contend that subsequently, no untoward incidents took place and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Criminal Original Petitions.

4. In the circumstances, the present Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
