Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release the agreed amount of 67% of the petitioner normal entitlement in connection with petitioner retirement benefits on the basis of the order issued by the respondent dated 09.09.2014 within the time stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release the agreed amount of 67% in connection with the retirement benefits on the basis of the order issued by the 2nd respondent dated 09.09.2014 within a time frame. 2.The prayer in the Writ petition is not maintainable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The only remedy available to the petitioner is Central Administrative Tribunal. 3.Hence, the Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. No costs.
