The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to register the Settlement deed dated 04.04.2025.

Considering the facts of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's case and register the Settlement deed dated 04.04.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
