PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue suitable directions to the Town Planning Authorities concerned to upoload their Revised Master Plans in their official website and consequently direct the 4th respondent to implement the mandatory mentioning the land as per the classification of zone in the Master Plan in every document that is being registered along during the time of registration. 2. It is submitted by Mr.A.K.Manickam, learned Standing Counsel for the Government, that the master plan is available on the website and the petitioner should be able to view the same.

3. In view of such submission on behalf of the respondent authorities, the present Public Interest Litigation, W.P.(MD) No.18083 of 2020, is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
