ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 470, 474, 429, 120(b) and 34 of IPC, in Crime No.01 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.11681 of 2019 3.The petitioner's earlier bail petition was dismissed on 07.02.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.977 of 2019. This Court had observed that considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, anticipatory bail cannot be granted. There is no change in circumstances except that the petitioner's counsel makes an offer that the petitioner will deposit certain amount to the credit of the FIR in question. I am of the view that this will not constitute a change in circumstances.
