The husband seeks transfer of H.M.O.P No.164 of 2019, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Mannarkudi, to the file of the Subordinate Court, Pudhukottai, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.343 of 2019, filed by the wife.

2.Mr.N.Balakrishnan, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/wife has no objection for transfer, since the wife is a resident of Pudhukottai.

3.Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.164 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Mannarkudi and transferred to the file of Subordinate Court, Pudukottai, to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.343 of 2019, pending on the file of the said Court. The Subordinate Court, Mannarkudi is directed to transmit the papers to the Subordinate Court, Pudukottai, forthwith. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
