PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram to expedite the trial proceedings and conclude the trial in DVC.No.19 of 2022 within a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram to expedite the trial proceedings and conclude the trial in DVC.No.19 of 2022 within a time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2. The petitioner herein filed a domestic violence case in DVC.No.19 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram for restitution of conjugal rights. The first respondent is the husband and the second and third respondents are in-laws of the first respondent. The fourth respondent is the aunt and the fifth respondent is the sister of the first respondent. The sixth respondent is the husband of the fifth respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the case in DVC.No.19 of 2022 within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, to dispose of the proceedings in DVC.No.19 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible as per seniority of the case.
