ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of BNS in Crime No.3 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused by producing the bogus documents, had obtained a loan of Rs.8,00,000/- in the name of the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the nature of allegations that a third party de facto complainant's name and KYC documents were used to join a chit transaction and a loan was taken in the name of the de facto complainant and thereafter, the de facto complainant attempted to be cheated to the tune of Rs.8,00,000, I do not think that it is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
