Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to make an entry of registration of the order dated 28.04.2026 made in I.A.No.3/2026 in O.S.No.227/2023 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai in the encumbrance certificate on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2026. ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to register the order passed by the I Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai in I.A.No.3 of 2026 made in O.S.No.227 of 2023, dated 28.04.2026.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Standing Counsel would submit that the petitioner had sent the said order through post. When the petitioner wants registration of a particular order of the Court, the same can be considered in accordance with law only if it is presented by following the due procedure.

3. In view thereof, giving liberty to the petitioner to present the certified copy of the order of the Court as per the usual procedure. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 11.06.2026 sji NCC: Yes/No To 1.The District Registrar, Madurai District.
