ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the writ petition is to forbear the 2nd respondent from granting building approval for the building constructed by the 5th respondent at Survey Nos.65/A, 2A, 12A and 1B at Thisaiyanvilai Village, Tirunelveli District.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that construction of building has been completed and due permission has been obtained. Thus, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
