O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the complaint has been given on 06.09.2021, it has not been taken and no enquiry has been conducted so far.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, C.S.R.No.220 / 2021 was registered and the same is pending before the third respondent.

W.P.(MD) No.17627 of 2021 4.Mr.S.Muthukumar, Advocate, for the proposed party one Musthaba appeared. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by taking of the complaint on file and the matter is under enquiry, the grievance has been redressed and this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous by recording the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
