ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.185 of 2022 has been completed and the final report was also filed before the Additional Magila Court, Nagercoil, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.274 of 2022.
2. Since the petitioner is in abroad, he can come back to India, appear before the concerned Court and execute a bond under (*)Section 88 of Cr.P.C, as required by the concerned Court for its satisfaction.
