ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed in E.P.No.56 of 2013 in O.S.No.262 of 2000 dated 23.01.2019 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Pudukkottai.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, the parties have entered into an amicable settlement. The parties have agreed to settle the matter for full and final settlement of Rs.2,50,000/-.

3.In view of the settlement reached between the parties, the suit filed for recovery of money is hereby struck off and in view of the satisfaction of the decree by way of compromise, the attachment over the property in question is hereby raised.

4.This Civil Revision Petition is allowed on the above terms. No costs. 07.08.2025 NCC : Yes/No Internet : Yes / No ta 2/4
