ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.We are satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with. The report of the jurisdictional Tahsildar indicates that the encroachments in question were removed as early as on 26.10.2021. Photographs enclosed along with the report bear this out. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that even as on date, there are encroachments. If that be so, it is open to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action, by impleading the encroachers as parties.
