ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P (MD) No.3706/2019 dated 04.04.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P (MD) No.3706/2019 dated 04.04.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.7577 of 2019 complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P (MD) No. 3706/2019 dated 04.04.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
