Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions as 2 common sureties instead of each 2 sureties for 3 petitioners, imposed in the order in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12276/2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court, dated 15.9.2021 and further to extent the time of producing the sureties. Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for execution of Sureties in respect of Crl.O.P(MD). No.12276 of 2021, dated 15/9/2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court Order : These Criminal Miscellaneous petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVAKUMAR.S, Advocate for the petitioners (in Both MPs) and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent in both (MPs) the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the condition as two common sureties instead of each two sureties for the petitioners, imposed in Crl.O.P(M)D No.12276 of 2021 dated 15.09.2021 and to extend the time for execution of sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are family members and therefore, it is very difficult to get sureties for all the petitioners. Therefore, he prays to modify the said condition.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.12276 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) with common sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.

4.These petitions are ordered accordingly.
