The petitioner has received a notice from the Sub Collector, Padmanabapuram in AA3/351/2023, dated 12.06.2023, directing him, to appear for an enquiry, which has been issued based on the representation of one Hasan Kannu. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2023. 2.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the first respondent, on written instructions which he has received from the Sub Collector, Padmanabapuram submits that on the application of one Hasan Kannu, dated 17.01.2023, the Sub Collector has issued a notice for an enquiry on 12.06.2023. During the enquiry, the petitioner, one Kolappan, the Village Administrative Officer appeared. After considering the petitioner's representation, the 2/4

Sub Collector, Padmanabapuram has rejected the petitioner's representation. A copy of the proceedings in in Mu.Mu.Aa3/351/2023, dated 28.06.2023 has also been produced by the learned Additional Government Pleader.

3.In view of the subsequent development, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above proceedings, in the manner known to law, if he is so aggrieved. No costs.
