ORDER

The petitioner has preferred an appeal before the first respondent/the Revenue Divisional Officer, Iluppoor Revenue Division, Pudukottai, in the month of August 2022. Since the said appeal has not been disposed of, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the sub division in the FMB sketch differs from the petitioner's case and therefore, the petitioner was directed to furnish the relevant documents before the authority. However, the petitioner failed to produce the relevant documents. In the event, the petitioner produces the relevant documents, the appeal would be disposed of within a reasonable time. 2/4

Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to produce relevant documents, if any, to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event, the petitioner produces the relevant documents, the respondents shall dispose of the appeal within a period of six weeks from thereon. No costs.
