ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue Patta in the name of the petitioner for the property located in Survey No.22, Pillaiyarkulam Village, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, based on the petitioner's representations dated 20.09.2021 and 28.06.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that Patta has already been issued in favour of the petitioner and, therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4. Recording the above submission, and in view of the fact that Patta has already been issued in favour of the petitioner, the cause of action in the Writ Petition no longer survives. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
