O R D E R

Challenging the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.759/E5/2023 on 08.06.2023, cancelling the sale deeds executed in favour of the petitioner, this Writ Petition has been filed.

2. The writ petitioner is having an efficacious appeal remedy under Section 77(B) of the Registration Act as against the order passed by the first respondent, namely, the District Registrar. Without exhausting the appeal remedy available under the said Act, the petitioner has straight away filed this writ petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 11.07.2023 Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No ssb 2/4
