This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner 1/3

in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11643 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD) No.878 of 2022, dated 18.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station, Kanyakumari District, twice in a month i.e., on first and fifteenth day of every English Calendar month, till the disposal of the appeal. sd/- 10/07/2025 / TRUE COPY / /2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
