RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8837 of 2021, dated 04.08.2021 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARANGAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8837 of 2021, dated 04.08.2021.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions from 24.08.2021 to 23.09.2021 and thereafter, he did not comply with the same.

3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner suffered from viral fever and therefore, he could not appear before the respondent police from 23.09.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Since the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly till 23.09.2021, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petition is ordered accordingly.
