This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.A.No.16 of 2022 dated 14.07.2022 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, modifying the conviction made in C.C.No.261 of 2009 dated 23.02.2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.5, Tirunelveli.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is reported to be dead and the same was affirmed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 3.Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. The respondent/complainant is permitted to recover the compensation amount ordered by the trial Court as per the procedure stated in Cr.P.C., if not already recovered. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
