3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.9555 of 2022 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court inCrl.O.P.(MD)No.10766 of 2022 on 24.06.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
