The writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.11.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3.It is seen from the records that the writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.11.2016. On perusal of the records, it is found that the typed copy of the representation alone is available and there is no proof for the representation given by the petitioner as stated in the writ petition and there is also no proof for sending the representation to the respondent. In view of that, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
