ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17225 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.1077 of 2023, dated 03.03.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has been complying the with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station, Kancheepuram DIstrict, once in a week i.e., on every Monday, till the disposal of the appeal.
