This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner on a complaint allegedly given by unofficial respondent.
2. Now, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that basing on a complaint given by unofficial respondent No.3, the Police have registered a case in Crime No.238 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 494 and 506 (i) of I.P.C.
3. Since basing on the complaint given by respondent No.3, a case has already been registered, this petition filed seeking for a direction not to harass the petitioner becomes infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
