RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl MP(MD)No.5649 of 2019 in Crl MP(MD)No.155 of 2019 in Crl A(MD)No.545 of 2018 dated 25.06.2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. E. SOMASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.5649 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.155 of 2019 Crl.A(MD)No.545 of 2018 dated 25.06.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5649 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.155 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.545 of 2018 on 25.06.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that he has strongly opposed to relax the condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.7341 of 2019 counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.5649 of 2019 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.155 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.545 of 2018 on 25.06.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This petition is ordered, accordingly.
