: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in respect of the impugned sale notice issued by the first respondent dated 11.11.2016 and the impugned postponment of sale notice dated 09.12.2016, published on 10.12.2016 in Daily Newspapers and quash the same and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to initiate sale of Guarantor's Assets/immovable property, without attempting to sell the Assets of the Borrower Hypothecated with the respondent bank.
