Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.8688 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD) No.438 of 2021 on 28.10.2021.

Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9641 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that the petitioner is having no previous case. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.8688 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD) No.438 of 2021 on 28.10.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner.
