Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to grant an approval to the petitioner for constructing the new house in respect of the petitioner's property in Door Nos.5-1-30 and 5-1-31 situated at Survey No.103, Mariyayeepatti Savugampatti Panchayat, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the application submitted by the petitioner on 04.11.2020. 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to grant an approval for the construction put up by the petitioner in the subject property, by considering the application dated 04.11.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner is pending before the fourth respondent and objections have been raised from other legal heirs and the same will be considered and a response will be made to the petitioner, within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. In the light of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to take a decision on the application submitted by the petitioner on 04.11.2020, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
