ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied, if a direction is given for disposing O.S.No.65 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District Court, Dindigul.

2.I am a little hesitant to issue the direction. This is because I am not aware of the work load of the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitioner is aged about 80 years, some priority can be given.

3.The learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul is directed to dispose of O.S.No.65 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
