Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.233/2019(PuMaSu) dated 20.05.2019 passed by the 1st respondent is arbitrary and illegal and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to grant permission to remove the Savadu Sand from the petitioner's properties in S.F.Nos.175/30, 36/6, 35/2 at Kathavampatti Village, Illuppur Taluk, Pudukkottai District.
