For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Sec.482 r/w 439 (I) (b)of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai District in Crl.M.P.No.4305 of 2021 vide his order dated 08.09.2021 by permitting the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District daily at 10.00 a.m. instead of appearing before the respondent police pursuant to the said order.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. This Court finds no merits in the petition and the order dated 08.09.2021 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai District in Crl.M.P.No.4305 of 2021 does not require any modification.
