ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in Spl.S.C.No. 5 of 2021, on the file of the Mahila Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Karur District. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the victim/Gopika and the accused person also present before this Court and they settled the matter out of Court. Hence, he pleaded to record the compromise and quash the proceedings in Spl.S.C.No. 5 of 2021, on the file of the Mahila Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Karur District. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, Section 313 Cr.P.C. proceedings was completed and after hearing the argument, the case was posted for judgment.

4.In view of the above, I am of the opinion that this criminal original petition is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed. 5.With the above observation, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
