Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records related to the impugned auction notice dated 25.07.2019 issued by the 1st respondent for the auction to be held on 19.08.2019 in respect of the subject property in R.S.No.265/9 old S.No.7412 and R.S.No.265/5 old S.No.7412 Mathusoothanapuram Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to give 1st preference to the petitioner in the auction to be held on 19.08.2019 by reducing the auction amount fixed by the 1st respondent.
