ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner seeks action under Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908. The scope and applicability of the said provision is under consideration before the Hon'ble Division Bench. 3.The first respondent is directed to keep the petitioner's complaint pending. The first respondent will consider the petitioner's application and give a disposal based on the decision to be rendered by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
