To call for the records relating to the impugned fair and decreetal order dated 20.10.2014 in IA No.226 of 2014 in OS No.2 of 2014 on the file of District Munsif Court, Theni, set aside the same and allow this Civil revision Petition.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.JANAKIRAMULU, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1152 days in representing the above appeal in C.R.P.(MD)No.SR1164 of 2015. 2.Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Though the petitioners have given the usual explanation to the delay, the explanation offered by the petitioners in the affidavit filed in support of this petition cannot be ignored. Having regard to the inordinate delay, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on terms. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the credit of "Sidha Clinic" attached to this Bench within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition will be dismissed automatically without any reference to this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
