ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 212 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to file final report in Crime No. 212 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 468 IPC, on the file of the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 212 of 2019 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
