Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S SULTHAN BASHA.J, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13821 of 2019 on 14.10.2019.
2.Even though the order has been passed in the year 2019, the above said order could not be complied, because of non communication between the petitioner and his Legal Officer working in the above said company. On that ground there is a huge delay occurred. Therefore, second anticipatory bail petition was filed by the petitioner, which was dismissed as second petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable. Therefore, this petition has been filed as per the liberty granted by this Court.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was filed before the concerned Court through e-filing No.16998/2023, on 02.08.2023. 4.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, let the petitioner 2/4
appear before the trial Court and execute bond under Section 88 of Cr.P.C. to the satisfaction and as required by the trial Court. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
