ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to complete the trial process and file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.314 of 2021, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC on 25.04.2021. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that so far 3 witnesses have been examined and within 3 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
